“Absolutely beautiful crumbed Barra. But the potato mash was a bit stiff for my liking. So please try this.. Boil the potatoes with salt until cooked. Whip up and add butter and milk add shallots, finely chopped red onion small amount of parsley. And the secret ingredient 1 big dollop of mayonnaise and whip again until fluffy may be need more milk or butter to make it smooth and fluffy. Yum P.s also goes well with a salad..”

“I was traveling and had a chance to stay the night here and have a couple of meals. The service was excellent- i got to know the owners who are very active in the community. The room was very clean, cold a/c, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m back this way and highly recommend!”
